Forget calories! - If you're obese or overweight, SALT is the poison on your plate!

If you are trying to lose excess weight, I urge you to try this way of losing weight. It is safe and simple and it involves no hunger and no drugs.

Diets don't work! - Salt reduction does work.

Remember:

If you're obese or overweight,

  1. Viewed all of your writings with interest. Have been told by Dr. Blood pressure toooooo high. The bottom figure is the main concern. Dr. Said don't eat food with higher than 120mg/100g. I find I can do this quiet easily but am now going to watch the potassium and the calcium after reading your writings. Ros. NSW.
